At Tidy’d Up Services, we want your cleaning experience to be smooth and stress-free. Here’s what you need to know:
Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 14 days and may change after that.

All pricing is based on publicly listed square footage and the condition of your home.

Recurring service rates may increase over time, but you’ll always get at least 30 days’ notice.
Initial & Recurring Cleans

Every recurring service begins with an Initial Clean.

Complete 5 recurring cleans and get a discount on your 6th cleaning.

If recurring service is canceled and restarted later, the count resets.
Payment Authorization & Card on File
-
​A valid credit or debit card is required for all recurring cleaning services.

Payments are processed securely through Square, we never store or access your full card details.

Your card will be automatically charged on the day of each scheduled cleaning for the total amount due.

This authorization remains active until canceled in writing and all balances are paid.

To update or remove your card, please contact us at least 7 days before your next cleaning.

Requests made within 7 days may still result in the existing card being charged.
Scheduling & Access

Arrival times are between 9 AM – 3 PM.

Please make sure we can access your home. Lockouts or late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) are charged in full.

Recurring customers may reschedule within 7 days of their original date (subject to availability).

Canceling recurring service (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) requires at least 1 week’s notice. If less notice is given, the next scheduled cleaning will still be billed.
What’s Included

Standard cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.

Add-ons available: oven, fridge, bed linens, furniture vacuuming
What’s Not Included
-
Laundry, dishes, garages, patios, or post-construction cleanups.

Moving heavy furniture or climbing ladders over 2 steps.

Handling of biohazards, pet waste, or litter boxes.
Satisfaction Guarantee

If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll return for a complimentary touch-up of the noted areas.
Photos
-
For quality checks, staff may take photos that remain confidential.

If we’d like to take before-and-after photos for marketing (website or social media), we’ll always ask your permission first.
Pets & Safety

Please secure pets during cleaning.

We cannot service homes with flea infestations or unsafe conditions.
Damages
-
Small accidental damages up to $200 may be credited to your account. Larger claims must be filed through homeowners’ insurance.
